Fast Wi-Fi and friendly staff, but room was way too small.

Rooms on higher floors offer great views of the city square and fountain, giving you an impressive sight every morning. The hotel's mid-century aesthetic captures a unique retro vibe that stands out.
Breakfast leaves much to be desired—cold fried eggs and sluggish toasters are just the beginning. Noise from adjacent rooms can interrupt your peace, along with a frustrating lack of reliable internet access. Bathroom layouts are poorly designed, with counter space practically non-existent, making it a chore to use. there’s a whole lot of confusion around room amenities—like no coffee maker or even simple tea options—which is inconvenient at best.

Comforting stay with friendly faces
Waking up to the bustling sounds of Shkoder was delightful. The cozy atmosphere and accommodating staff, who offered early breakfast options, made this a memorable stay.
The jacuzzi was unfortunately out of service, and I found noise from nearby rooms a bit bothersome at times. Internet connectivity issues also hindered my work attempts during the evening.

Here’s the good and the not-so-good
Fantastic location! The staff were incredibly friendly and proactive, especially the wonderful lady who helped us settle in. Huge room with an exquisite bathroom and balcony for a delightful escape.
Some noise issues from a nearby mosque disrupted the peace during early mornings. The breakfast could have been more appealing, lacking variety and freshness.

Solo traveler recommend it for nice stay
I spent 2 nights here, one in a suite with a view of the mountains, mosque, and church. It was cozy and elegant! The location is spot on, right by the shopping promenade and endless restaurants.
It wasn’t cheap, but still acceptable given the amenities.

I was pleasantly surprised when they upgraded me to a suite, which was super comfy and spacious! Plus, I enjoyed relaxing in the hot tub and hitting the gym while I was there. The only downside was that the jacuzzi had some issues, but it didn’t ruin my overall experience. 👍

Central Location with Potential Improvements
The central location made exploring Shkoder easy, and the early breakfast option was a nice touch. the room lacked sufficient blackout curtains, making it hard to sleep in daylight. If you’re light-sensitive, consider bringing an eye mask. Staff were friendly, enhancing the experience overall.
